I do offer clinical supervision to licensed master level social workers wanting their clinical licensure (LCSW) and continued professional development. I believe that this process is an interactional one between myself and the supervisee. My style is open, direct, and relational. The goal in supervision should be to be challenged and supported while exploring the client/therapist relationship in a calm and contained environment
